After Shelsley Walsh
The Sun shone and we baked at ‘The Best of British’ meeting last weekend at Shelsley Walsh.
Matthew Ryder and Alex Summers won the run-offs – Matthew’s co-driver Sean Gould had an incident in the Esses which denied Matt the chance to qualify for a second win. Although he also had problems Alex Coles still leads our Wynn Developments Top Ten Challenge, ahead of Alex Summers and Matthew Ryder.
Richard Price heads the BMTR with Hoosier Tires Championship with 13 class wins followed by Johnathen Varley and Tom Weaver. However I suggest that Richard Snow, with 5 new class records this year will in a very leading position at the end of season – from now on dropped scores will play a part.
Only one new class record at Shelsley Walsh – Rob Wilson in Class A (i) where Rob, dad Dave and Jon Langmead keep swopping places and therefore points ever weekend.
See you at Prescott.
Best wishes
Bill
